nowing more details about the Adobe Photoshop CS (8.0) program is that how much
we know about each of its features. Adobe Photoshop is a very complex and large
program, to find out its functions and uses, to illustrate the program we try to discuss it
further, although it is not so complete in every function.
16-bit color support is probably the biggest improvement in Photoshop with the new
CS version. Most graphics programs only work with 8-bit images, but Photoshop CS
can now work with 16-bit layers, brushes, text, shapes, and more. This support is useful
for those who need to work with images with the highest resolution for color correction.
Raw data. When you take pictures with a digital camera, images are compressed in JPEG
format. This is not an ideal solution if you want to get the best picture you can, and with
Photoshop CS, you can now work directly with RAW image data rather than a .JPG
compressed file. Unfortunately, not all digital cameras are supported. Neither the Kodak
digital camera nor the HP will work with RAW support on CS. Canon, Fujifilm, Minolta, Nikon,
and Olympus do have several cameras that are supported. If you need to take professional-
quality pictures, but using a digital camera, and having a supported product, you will be very
happy with this feature.
New and better Browser files on CS function very well. While I have used the Browser
feature in Photoshop 7.0, Photoshop CS has taken the Browse feature to a new level,
making it far more intuitive, and much faster on my G4 and G5 machines than the previous
version.
This will help you when you work with RGB computers. This helps ease when you correct
color photos, working using a color histogram will allow you to control the accuracy of your
work.
Better PDF integration. A neat feature isPhotoshop CS's ability to create "PDF Presentations"
even if youdon't have complete Acrobat. This will also help with work
